Investment opportunities in Africa at the Nasser Fellowship for African Leadership Table

Engineer Amani Khadir, head of the Follow-up Sector for Arab Contractors projects in Africa, explained the interest of the Egyptian state under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in investing through establishing a number of development projects in the African continent, including projects related to roads, building and construction and other development projects, stressing Egypt's pioneering role in developing relations with African countries in all fields.

This came during an event on "Investment Opportunities in Africa", on the ninth day of activities of the Nasser Fellowship for African Leadership launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (the African Youth Bureau, the Central Administration of Parliament and Civic Education) under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly , the Prime Minister, from 8 to 22 June 2019, in cooperation with the African Youth Union.

Khadir stressed the importance of encouraging investment and overcoming development challenges in African countries and supporting integration opportunities between them, pointing to the Egyptian government's attention to improve and build infrastructure and develop resources in order to provide an opportunity to invest in all fields with other countries and work towards achieving the African Union Agenda 2063,and also glorifying the role of economic conglomerates in African development fields.

Khadir noted the importance of communicating with African countries and strengthening the bones of the African file in the infrastructure field, including health services and education, and reviewing the major national mega-projects undertaken by Arab Contractors through a number of areas of cooperation, including road construction, the construction of bridges and health educational urban facilities in African countries.
