Nasser International Leadership Scholarship Graduate, Beeharry Bhoomeswarsingh, Achieves Professional Promotion in the Human Resources Sector

Graduates of Nasser International Leadership Scholarship continue to demonstrate remarkable achievements in professional and leadership fields. Beeharry Bhoomeswarsingh, one of the graduates of the scholarship’s fifth cohort, has achieved a new career milestone after being promoted to the position of Human Resource Executive (HRE) in May 2026, a mid-level managerial position within the public service system.

The promotion came following a competitive selection process in which candidates underwent a written examination organized by the Public Service Commission in October 2025. The examination assessed their abilities in human resource management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, in addition to evaluating their knowledge of public sector policies, regulations, and work procedures. Beeharry Bhoomeswarsingh successfully passed all stages of the selection process, including the personal interview, securing the promotion on his first attempt. This achievement represents an important milestone in his professional journey.

Beeharry Bhoomeswarsingh emphasized that his participation in Nasser International Leadership Scholarship played a significant role in developing several skills that contributed to his career growth, including effective communication, teamwork, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, as well as enhancing his confidence during professional interviews.
