It was only a few months after the distinguished participation of the ambitious young man, Younes Aouin, representing the Kingdom of Morocco, in the Nasser Fellowship for international Leadership in Egypt. Now, he appears to us as  the organizer of the Thamazirth Festival under the slogan “Culture is a lever for development.” The festival was held in his city, Imouzzer Kinder, in the Kingdom of Morocco, highlighting the experiences that he benefited from the Fellowship's program.  Durning which he was able to meet with the most prominent cultural and artistic events, through meetings, seminars and workshops, as well as through visiting the most important national cultural monuments in Egypt. All was achieved without neglecting his academic training in the cultural field at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Activation, specializing in  Cultural engineering.  His organization of this great cultural event as founder and manager was met with unparalleled approval and encouragement from all the graduates and founders of the Nasser Fellowship for international Leadership.  His  initiative was considered the fruit of the success of the Fellowship graduates in their countries as they  contributed to its development.  Finally, the festival witnessed the presence of fellowship's last year graduate   Hamza Ouhadi as he  provided unconditional support to his colleague in the Nasser Fellowship.

This festival comes as a  revelation of the constitutional gains in the cultural field aimed at supporting and developing cultural and artistic creativity, as well as,  taking appropriate measures to expand and generalize the participation of young people in cultural development.  It aims to move the wheel of cultural work in the city of Imouzzer Kandar and the Middle Atlas in general.  It's worth mentioning that, with the support of the Royal Institute for Amazigh Culture (IRCAM),  "Thamazirth" Festival was held by The Voice of Youth Association. From August 20 to August 24, 2022 in the city of Imouzzer Kandar, the festival was held in its third session under the slogan "Berber culture as a lever for development."

This course was defined by various distinct programming, in which the cultural question is in harmony with its developmental counterpart. All  within the framework of activating culture in comprehensive development and emphasizing the cultural sector as being an essential economic resource, with a sustainable nature in which local communities are empowered for economic development.  Thus, the forum's slogan:  "Culture  Amazigh is a lever for development" is serving as a main title for the festival's identity and a prominent feature of its characteristic.

The festival included the organization of the National Award for Amazigh Culture in the theater category - Central Atlas - as well as shedding light on the cultural, historical and tourist attractions of the city of Imouzzer Kandar. Moreover, it highlighted the richness of the tangible and intangible heritage that characterizes the region within the framework of the cultural and artistic strategy aimed at deeply consolidating the cultural heritage .

The programming was based on theatrical and artistic performances, visits to the most important tourist attractions in the region, as well as,  screening of short films, and organizing workshops, seminars and meetings.

Within the framework of the partnership agreement concluded between the Higher Institute of Theatrical Art and Cultural Animation and the Voice of Youth Association, this session was characterized by the balanced presence of students of the Higher Institute of Theatrical Art and Cultural Animation in all stages of preparing this cultural event at the administrative, organizational and artistic levels.
