Ingy Mubarak: An Arab Pioneer in Governance and Sustainable Development, and a Youthful Voice for Institutional Change

Ingy currently serves as the Project Director of Learning and Development at the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NGE), where she leads strategic initiatives aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030. Her work contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the public sector and preparing a new generation of leaders capable of adopting sustainability as a core institutional value.
Her career has been marked by the launch and implementation of national training programs, most notably the “Be an Ambassador for Sustainable Development” initiative.
