Dr. Noha Bakr: An Academic and Diplomatic Voice in Service of Humanity and Human Rights

In a scene where academic thought intersects with diplomatic work, Dr. Noha Bakar, Professor of Political Science at the American University in Cairo, stands out as one of the most prominent female voices in the field of international relations and human rights in Egypt and the region.
Dr. Noha Bakar currently holds a position on the National Council for Human Rights in its current term, and she is regarded as one of the leading academic figures.
